The bricks and mortar address is 31, Toegye-ro 18-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul and is available from 12PM to 8PM. You are always welcomed to try all the regular season collections and carryover items in person, but previous season items with markdowns can only be tried on weekdays (Monday-Friday). For more information about the store, please contact the customer service center in advance.

Delivery and Exchanges/Refund

The product you ordered will be shipped from Monday through Saturday, the regular business day of the shipping company. We are using the United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS) and will deliver your goods safely and quickly. If you want a refund, you have to pay the return shipping cost and return it to us. Please click here for additional information.
